Chris MilnerCogent was formed by Chris Milner who felt there was a need to offer inspirational intelligent and involved training.
Chris says “Too often, it is people’s lack of self belief which stops them from achieving their goals both personally and professionally. By involving them in the preparation of the training course, they commit to it and therefore receive maximum benefit and so does their organisation!
Chris has over 30 yrs experience in sales (both business to business and retail) and sales training and development. She held a key position as Head of Training and Development for a national business technology company for a number of years In addition, she has been key to the success of various organisations ranging from retail outlets to national franchise operations.
